About Ladyeez:

A handcrafted loose leaf tea blend for women's nutritional support! Very similar to NORA tea but with milky oats tops instead of oat straw due their higher magnesium content, and added lemon balm with dehydrated lemons & lemon peels bring your cup a delightful citrus aroma and flavor!

 It is very nourishing, especially for the Pregnant/Nursing Mama, as well as great support for menstrual cycles and PMS symptoms or added nutritional support for any woman.

It can stimulate your system to support optimal health, & mineral absorption as well as guard against anemia while supporting maximization of liver health.

Why milky oats:

I choose milky oats for this blend instead of oat straw because milky oats contain more than triple the amount of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron than ripe oats. In fact, milky oats is one of the best herbs high in magnesium. Milky oats are the potent, unripe pod of the oat plant, however, the whole plant is considered medicinal, and the ripe oat is used in culinary cuisine. 

Tea instructions: 1-3 tsp per 6-8oz boiling water steep 10-15 min

Herbal infusion instructions: 1-3 tsp per 6-8 oz boiling water. Infuse at least 4hrs.

TEA or HERBAL INFUSION?

Tea is made with a short steep time of up to 15 minutes that extracts the flavonoids from the herbs but leaves a lot of the minerals behind. By brewing herbs with a long infusion of 4 to 8 hours, more of the minerals are extracted into the liquid. This leaves the minerals in the infusion ready to be assimilated when you drink it.fresh infusion suggested daily.
