Ingredients 

Magnesium chloride and distilled water 

Directions: 

Spray three to four sprays on skin, sore areas or feet. Massage will let air dry 

If an itching reaction occurs you made diluted with equal parts of water. 

No rinsing necessary. However it is recommended if your skin becomes irritated.

A tingling sensation is normal and will subside.

Comes in a 4 oz glass spray bottle for your convenience.
